This research aims to find out how the income of MSME actors is in their initial place of selling, as well as to find out how business opportunities can increase the income of MSME actors at the Perumnas Karawang morning market. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The research respondents were 30 MSMEs, consisting of 24 MSMEs who had businesses elsewhere, and 6 MSMEs who did not have their initial businesses locally. The 30 respondents selected were due to the large number of the same type of business in the Perumnas morning market. The research results showed that 30 respondents stated that business opportunities at the Perumnas morning market could increase income. This business opportunity provides additional income for all respondents. For example, MSMEs wholesalers of household equipment initially earned income of around IDR 12,7500,000, then increased to IDR 30,500,000 at the Perumnas morning market. April coincides with the month of Ramadan, providing an increase in income of up to 79.2% and December is also a moment when MSME players can get an increase in income of up to 63.6%. December coincides with the end of the year where many people get year-end bonuses. Apart from April and December, the percentage increase in income was relatively stable at 55%. This shows that business opportunities in the Perumnas morning market really provide opportunities for MSME actors to be able to increase their income
2024-06-28T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Diah Kartika Afryani, Dedi Mulyadi, Santi Pertiwi Hari Sandi https://wsj.westscience-press.com/index.php/wsbm/article/view/894 Analysis of Product Sales on Credit at NR Beauty Care in Lemahabang Sub-District 2024-06-18T07:08:41+00:00 Karmila Agustin mn20.karmilaagustin@mhs.ubpkarawang Dedi Mulyadi dedi.mulyadi@ubpkarawang.ac.id Santi Pertiwi Hari Sandi Santi.pertiwi@ubpkarawang.ac.id
This research is a study on the Analysis of Product Sales on Credit at NR Beauty Care in Lemahabang District. The methodology applied is quantitative with descriptive analysis. The primary data source in this study comes from direct interviews with the owner of the UMKM Rempeyek Nok Uus. The findings of this study reveal that the prices set by this UMKM Rempeyek Nok Uus tend to be lower than those that would be set using the Cost Plus Pricing method. This occurs because the UMKM does not carry out detailed cost calculations but only bases its calculations on rough estimates. As a result, when using the Cost Plus Pricing method, which adds a 20% Margin, the resulting price becomes IDR 20,000, while the UMKM sets the price based on an estimate of around IDR 15,000 to IDR 15,500. This study used a literature review methodology to investigate the following research questions: What are the most appropriate leadership styles for young people? What impact do these methods have on young people as agents of change? Do these styles share any similar characteristics? The results suggest that transformational, transactional, and supporting leadership have a major impact on young people by increasing their motivation, engagement, and productivity. However, SMEs often encounter financial obstacles due to limited access to conventional banking services adhering to Islamic principles. This study aims to examinate the potential of Islamic Fin-Tech in bolstering Digital Financial Management among SMEs in Borama. Methodologically, the study utilizes quantitative data analysis methods, specifically multiple regression, to examine survey data gathered through purposive sampling. The data is obtained from a total of 2254 small and medium enterprises (SMEs) situated in Borama. Demographic data, including gender, education, occupation, and firm types, are examined alongside the duration of utilizing Islamic fintech solutions. Assumption tests such as normality and multicollinearity tests are conducted to ensure the reliability of the regression model employed. The results indicate a significant adoption of Islamic fintech solutions among SMEs, particularly in recent years. While variables such as Service Accessibility and Digital Banking do not show significant impacts on Digital Financial Management (DFM) due to the internet shortage, SMS Banking and E-Wallet emerge as influential factors that positively affect SMEs' digital financial management performances. Hypotheses testing confirms the significance of SMS Banking and E-Wallet in predicting DFM. The implications of these findings highlight the importance of E-Wallet services and SMS banking in enhancing SMEs' digital financial management. These insights offer valuable implications for financial institutions and policymakers to develop strategies aimed at improving SMEs' digital financial management practices. The study requires for further research to explore additional variables and deepen the understanding of factors that influence SMEs' digital financial management. By understanding the transformative potential of Islamic Fin-Tech, stakeholders can collaborate on designing and implementing measures supporting SMEs, driving economic growth, and aligning with Islamic finance principles. Embracing technological advancements like digital banking and SMS banking can help SMEs overcome financial hurdles and amplify their contributions to economic development.

Keywords: SMEs, Digital Financial Management, Islamic Fin-Tech, Borama, Economic development, Fintech, Financial adaptation
2024-06-28T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Samsam Hassan https://wsj.westscience-press.com/index.php/wsbm/article/view/1010 Green Marketing and Green Innovation on Green Purchase Intention Through Green Brand Image in Consumer Skincare 2024-06-24T02:58:53+00:00 Atika Nur Dhyas Putri atikanurdhyasputri@gmail.com Dyah Sugandini dyah.sugandini@yahoo.co.id Heru Tri Sutiono herutrisutiono@upnvyk.ac.id
This study aims to determine the influence of green marketing and green innovation on green purchase intention through green brand image.
