<p>Analysis of optimal portfolio formation for LQ-45 stocks using the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) is an interesting and complex topic in financial management. This study aims to calculate the expected return and systematic risk of each LQ-45 stock, and evaluate the combination of these stocks to form an optimal portfolio. By using CAPM and Modern Portfolio Theory (MPT), this study can provide a comprehensive framework to understand the risk-return dynamics of stock investment. Despite the limitations of CAPM, this study shows that CAPM remains an important tool in investment analysis. <p>This study examines the impact of the work environment and work discipline during the Dental Internship Program (PIDGI) on dentist performance, moderated by motivation. The research involved 86 respondents who had completed the PIDGI in West Java. Data were collected through a questionnaire using a quantitative research design and analyzed using path coefficient techniques to test the relationships between variables. Motivation was measured using goal-setting theory as the primary indicator. The results of the analysis show that both the work environment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on dentist performance. Additionally, the study found that motivation positively moderates the relationship between the work environment, work discipline, and dentist performance. This research suggests that a good work environment and high work discipline, when supported by solid motivation, can enhance dentist performance in carrying out their tasks. This research contributes essential knowledge to the enhancement of theory and practice in human resource management in the dental profession, particularly regarding internship programs. <p>This study examines the relationship between community participation and economic empowerment in the tourism sector using a qualitative descriptive approach and literature review. The main focus of this research is to highlight the importance of community participation at various stages of tourism development, from planning to evaluation. Community participation is crucial as it not only enhances the sense of ownership over tourism projects but also creates new job opportunities and acts as diverse sources of income for the community. By involving communities in providing tourism services—such as guiding, handicrafts, and local cuisine—they can contribute directly to the industry while preserving and promoting local wisdom. Training programs conducted for communities aim to enhance their capacity and skills, enabling them to adapt to the ever-evolving dynamics of the tourism market. Furthermore, strengthening the cultural identity of communities by introducing local values is a vital aspect of attracting tourist interest. The findings of the study indicate that active community participation positively impacts individual well-being and contributes to sustainable economic development, ensuring the benefits of tourism are distributed equally among all involved communities. <p>This study examines the effect of digital recruitment platforms and accessibility on recruitment and selection effectiveness at a state-owned bank in North Sumatra. This quantitative research employed simple random sampling to obtain 100 job applicants as respondents from a population of 308 applicants across 14 branch offices. Data collection utilized closed questionnaires, unstructured interviews, and documentation. Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that digital recruitment platforms and accessibility simultaneously influence recruitment effectiveness (F = 129.612, p < 0.001). Partially, digital recruitment platforms significantly influence recruitment effectiveness (β = 0.826, t = 15.357, p < 0.001), while accessibility shows a smaller but significant effect (β = 0.111, t = 2.065, p < 0.05). The regression model explains 72.2% of the variance in recruitment effectiveness (Adjusted R² = 0.722). <p>This study aims to examine the effect of training and decent work on employee performance with motivation as a mediating variable at PTPN IV KSO Reg. II Tanjung Garbus Gardens. This research is included in quantitative research, the population is employees of PTPN IV KSO Reg. II Kebun Tanjung Garbus totaling 341 employees and the method of determining the sample using non probability sampling, namely permanent employees at PTPN IV KSO Reg. II Kebun Tanjung Garbus which is determined using the slovin formula, so the sample amounted to 184 employees. The data analysis method used SEM PLS and the data collection method used a questionnaire. The results of this study found that training has no effect on employee performance, decent work has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, training has a positive and significant effect on motivation, decent work has a positive and significant effect on motivation, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through motivation and decent work has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through motivation.</p>Putri Latifah AnumShalsabilla ShafiraMira FitriyantiRitha F. This study was conducted in Pekanbaru City. The population in this study were the people of Pekanbaru City who bought Skintific products. The number of samples in this study was 175 people. The number of samples in this study was carried out using the non-probability sampling technique with the purposive sampling technique, namely sampling based on certain considerations.
