<p>This study examines the effect of digital recruitment platforms and accessibility on recruitment and selection effectiveness at a state-owned bank in North Sumatra. This quantitative research employed simple random sampling to obtain 100 job applicants as respondents from a population of 308 applicants across 14 branch offices. Data collection utilized closed questionnaires, unstructured interviews, and documentation. Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that digital recruitment platforms and accessibility simultaneously influence recruitment effectiveness (F = 129.612, p < 0.001). Partially, digital recruitment platforms significantly influence recruitment effectiveness (β = 0.826, t = 15.357, p < 0.001), while accessibility shows a smaller but significant effect (β = 0.111, t = 2.065, p < 0.05). The regression model explains 72.2% of the variance in recruitment effectiveness (Adjusted R² = 0.722). This study demonstrates the crucial role of digital platforms in enhancing recruitment effectiveness in the banking sector, particularly for state-owned banks adapting to digital transformation</p>R. <p>This article reviews literature examining the impact of extrinsic and intrinsic motivation on Millennial and Gen Z employees. As workplaces evolve under the influence of technology and globalization, the work expectations of these two generations continue to shift. This literature review employs a descriptive qualitative approach to evaluate previous studies on extrinsic and intrinsic motivation in Millennials and Gen Z. The primary goal of this approach is to present and synthesize various research findings related to the dynamics of motivation between these two generations. <p>This study aims to examine the effect of training and decent work on employee performance with motivation as a mediating variable at PTPN IV KSO Reg. II Tanjung Garbus Gardens. This research is included in quantitative research, the population is employees of PTPN IV KSO Reg. II Kebun Tanjung Garbus totaling 341 employees and the method of determining the sample using non probability sampling, namely permanent employees at PTPN IV KSO Reg. II Kebun Tanjung Garbus which is determined using the slovin formula, so the sample amounted to 184 employees. The data analysis method used SEM PLS and the data collection method used a questionnaire. The results of this study found that training has no effect on employee performance, decent work has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, training has a positive and significant effect on motivation, decent work has a positive and significant effect on motivation, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through motivation and decent work has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through motivation.</p>Putri Latifah AnumShalsabilla ShafiraMira FitriyantiRitha F. <p>This study aims to see the influence of Social Media Marketing and product quality on brand awareness and purchase decisions on Skintific products in Pekanbaru City. This study was conducted in Pekanbaru City. The population in this study were the people of Pekanbaru City who bought Skintific products. The number of samples in this study was 175 people. The number of samples in this study was carried out using the non-probability sampling technique with the purposive sampling technique, namely sampling based on certain considerations. The results of the study found that: 1.) Social Media Marketing has a significant effect on purchase decisions. 2.) Product quality has a significant effect on purchase decisions. 3.)
