The results reveal that business incubation programs significantly enhance start-up success, with a positive effect on the overall success of start-ups. Furthermore, successful start-ups contribute to economic growth by generating jobs, fostering innovation, and promoting market expansion. The findings underscore the importance of business incubation as a catalyst for entrepreneurial success and economic development. This study examines the impact of the KUR program on entrepreneurship development and economic growth, using a quantitative analysis based on a sample of 100 MSME entrepreneurs who have received KUR loans. Data was collected through a survey utilizing a Likert scale (1-5) and analyzed using SPSS version 25. The results show that KUR funding positively impacts business expansion, innovation, and profitability, with a significant correlation between program participation and improvements in entrepreneurship development. Furthermore, the study highlights the program’s contribution to local economic growth through job creation and increased regional economic activity. The findings indicate that the KUR program is effective in fostering entrepreneurship, particularly in rural areas, and plays a crucial role in stimulating economic growth at the local level. Results show that all three factors significantly and positively affect customer loyalty, with promotional offers demonstrating the strongest influence, followed by brand image and customer experience. These findings emphasize the importance of strategic branding, superior customer engagement, and value-driven promotional offers in cultivating loyalty. The findings indicate that all three factors positively and significantly affect MSME sustainability, with Financial Management showing the strongest influence, followed by Capital Management and Product Innovation. This study used primary data collected through closed-ended questionnaires that was distributed via google forms (online) and directly (offline). The data itself were analyzed using PLS. The results show that green transformational leadership and green knowledge have positive effect on green creativity and environmental performance on tourism village. Furthermore, green creativity is also found to have mediating effect that significant between both green transformational leadership and environmental performance, also between green knowledge and environmental performance on tourism village. Teh Tarik Annura was founded in 2019. The aim of this research is to analyze revenue in increasing business profits received by MSME Teh Tarik Annura. In this research, quantitative descriptive methods were used, namely case studies that used observation, interviews, documentation and literature study methods. From the data that has been calculated, business income and profit during the period in 2023 experienced increases and decreases every month with an average income of IDR. 23,250,000 starting from January to December 2023, and with an average operating profit of Rp. 17,188,750 from January to December 2023. Data shows that in one period in 2023, from the data that has been calculated, revenue and operating profit increased four times, in March-April there was an increase in income of 29%, in May-June experienced an increase of 14%, in August-September there was an increase of 20%, and in November-December there was an increase in revenue of 19%. Operating profits also experienced an increase. March-April experienced an increase in operating profits of 40%, in May-June there was an increase of 46%, in August-September there was an increase of 20%, and in November-December there was an increase in income of 16%. The researcher assesses economic development initiatives in several community areas in Indonesia, using qualitative descriptive methods. The findings of the study show that a comprehensive and integrated approach that considers the economic, social, cultural, and environmental demands of the local population is necessary for sustainable economic development in villages. To achieve local economic independence, community empowerment through active community involvement in the formulation and implementation of economic development programs is very important. The author of this article suggests a sustainable economic development plan for villages that is based on the ideas of community empowerment and participation. Harnessing local resources, strengthening organizations and cooperatives, empowering women and youth, developing small and medium-sized enterprises and the agricultural sector, and implementing sustainable environmental management are all parts of this plan. In conclusion, a comprehensive and integrated approach that emphasizes local economic independence and community empowerment can lead to sustainable economic development in villages. The elements influencing home happiness in Indonesia are examined in this study. Households with secondary data from the Indonesia Family Life Survey (IFLS) comprise the study's sample. This study's model analysis makes use of logistic regression. According to the study's findings, possessions including a home, a car, savings, and even jewelry are among the things that influence household satisfaction in Indonesia. In addition, other factors such as health, ownership of electronic goods, internet access and the area of residence outside Java will increase household happiness.
