<p>This study investigates the impact of Digital Innovation, Entrepreneurship Training, and Social Capital on Business Sustainability within the creative industries sector. Utilizing a quantitative research approach, data were collected from 150 business owners and managers using a structured questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3) to test the proposed hypotheses. The results reveal that all three factors—Digital Innovation, Entrepreneurship Training, and Social Capital—have positive and significant effects on Business Sustainability. Specifically, Social Capital emerged as the strongest predictor, followed by Digital Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training. These findings underscore the importance of embracing digital technologies, investing in entrepreneurial education, and cultivating strong social networks to enhance the sustainability of creative enterprises. <p>This study investigates the impact of managerial experience, continuing education, and work-life balance on the innovation and growth of startups in Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 170 startup managers and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results reveal that all three factors—managerial experience, continuing education, and work-life balance—positively and significantly influence the innovation and growth of startups. Continuing education emerged as the most influential factor, followed by work-life balance and managerial experience. These findings underscore the importance of ongoing learning, experienced leadership, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance in fostering startup success. <p>This study investigates the impact of multichannel marketing strategy implementation, human resource (HR) skills, and customer experience on increasing sales in small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Employing a quantitative research approach, data were collected from 190 SME representatives using a 5-point Likert scale and analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The findings reveal that all three factors—multichannel marketing strategy, HR skills, and customer experience—have a positive and significant effect on sales performance. Among them, HR skills exhibit the strongest influence, followed by multichannel marketing strategy and customer experience. These results underscore the importance of integrating effective marketing strategies, enhancing HR competencies, and delivering superior customer experiences to drive sales growth in SMEs. <p>This study examines the impact of Lean Manufacturing implementation, Raw Material Quality, and Employee Training on the success of manufacturing companies through a quantitative analysis. Data was collected from 220 manufacturing firms, utilizing a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 5 to measure the variables in question. Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) was employed to analyze the data. The results reveal that Lean Manufacturing, Raw Material Quality, and Employee Training all have positive and significant effects on the success of manufacturing firms, with Lean Manufacturing emerging as the most influential factor. The findings suggest that a holistic approach, integrating lean practices, high-quality raw materials, and continuous employee development, is essential for achieving superior performance in the manufacturing sector. Utilizing a quantitative approach, data were collected from 150 start-up firms through structured questionnaires using a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 5. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The results indicate that all three factors—access to capital, entrepreneurship education, and HR competencies—positively and significantly influence start-up success. Access to capital allows start-ups to invest in research and development, scale operations, and attract top talent, while entrepreneurship education equips entrepreneurs with essential skills for strategic decision-making. <p>This research aims to (1) determine the role of BUMDes in increasing PADes (2) to determine the role of BUMDes in improving community welfare. The research approach used in this research is quantitative descriptive with data sources originating from primary and secondary data. Data analysis techniques (1) the role of BUMDes towards PADes using contribution analysis (2) the role of BUMDes towards community welfare using standard indicators of community welfare according to the 2005 Central Statistics Agency.The results of the research show that the role of BUMDes in improving PADes and the welfare of the South Montong Baan Village community has been quite successful in improving community welfare. 77% of the community (customers) belong to families with a high level of welfare after joining BUMDes, while the results of the contribution analysis show that the contribution BUMDes towards PADes is included in the very poor contribution criteria, namely <10%. <p>This study aims to analyze the trend of earnings management in manufacturing companies operating in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Earnings management trends encompass methods used by companies to manipulate or manage their financial statements. Factors influencing earnings management include tax planning, income tax expenses, and profitability. The management's goal is to enhance corporate earnings to reflect stable profits, thus accurately portraying the company's financial performance in future periods. The study population consists of 45 companies, with a sample of 9 companies selected using purposive sampling. Data collection utilized secondary data from quarterly financial reports of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2023. The research employed descriptive analysis to assess earnings management trends as predictors of profit increases. <p>This research was conducted with the aim of providing empirical evidence of Transfer Pricing, Capital Intensity and Audit Committees on Tax Avoidance (Case Study of Energy Sector Mining Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2021-2022 Period). The sample selection technique was carried out using the porpusive sampling method. The total population in this study was 82 companies with a sample size of 31 companies that met the sample criteria. Data collection in this research uses secondary data obtained from the annual financial reports of companies operating in the mining industry, energy sub-sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2021-2022 period. This research method uses a quantitative method with data testing used using SPSS version 26. The data analysis used is descriptive statistical analysis. <p>The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of entrepreneurial traits on firm’s performance in selected small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Anambra State, Nigeria. The research was supported by trait theory of entrepreneurship. The research employed survey research design. The population target consists of 548 registered small and medium-scale enterprises located in Awka South L.G.A, Anambra State. The study used sample of 240 respondents drawn from the registered small and medium-scale enterprises. Stratified random sampling was employed in identifying respondents. A structured questionnaire was incorporated in data collection. Face and content validity was adopted in the study. Cronbach alpha coefficient was useful in examining the research instrument. Cronbach alpha coefficient of 0.7 was used for reliability. The assembled data was examined by means of descriptive statistics and inferential statistics assisted by Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). Data presentation entailed usage of tables and percentages. The findings indicated that entrepreneurial traits had a positive significance influence on the performance of SMEs. The research concluded, risk taking propensity, innovativeness and resilience influence performance of SMEs in Anambra State Nigeria having been statistically significant and therefore considered. <p>This study aims to analyze the influence of age, work experience and the number of family dependents partially and simultaneously on labor productivity in the bamboo handicraft industry in Loyok Village, Sikur District, East Lombok Regency. The type of research used in this study is an explanatory quantitative method with a sampling of 56 people with a population of 126 people. The data obtained by distributing questionnaires and sampling this study used <em>simple random sampling.</em> The results of the analysis show that partially of the three variables used in this study, there are two variables that have an influence and significance, namely age with a significant value of 0.009 < 0.05 and work experience with a significant value of 0.021< 0.05 while for the variable the number of family dependents with a significant value of 0.051< 0.05 has an insignificant effect on labor productivity in the bamboo handicraft industry in Loyok Village. Meanwhile, simultaneously that together, the independent variable X affects labor productivity with a significant value of 0.006 < 0.05. <p>The objective of this study is to determine and analyse the effect of workload on turnover intention in teachers at SMA Angkasa Adisutjipto Yogyakarta, with work stress as a mediating variable and psychological empowerment as a moderating variable. The population of this study consisted of 38 teachers at SMA Angkasa Adisutjipto Yogyakarta. The sample of this study was selected from the population of teachers at SMA Angkasa Adisutjipto Yogyakarta. The analysis method employed in this study was partial least squares (PLS). The findings of this research analysis indicate that workload has a significant positive effect on turnover intention in teachers at SMA Angkasa Adisutjipto Yogyakarta. Furthermore, work stress mediates the effect of workload on turnover intention in teachers at SMA Angkasa Adisutjipto Yogyakarta. Time series data were the sort of data utilized in this investigation. The Panel Data Regression analysis approach was used in Eviews 10 to analyze the data. The study's findings demonstrate that the independent factors of Indomaret (X2) and Modern Retail Alfamart (X1) jointly affect the dependent variable of Local Labor (Y). The test findings indicate that there is a notable impact of Alfamart (X1) and Indomaret (X2) on the absorption of Local Workers (Y). <p>This study aims to analyze "The influence of tourist visits and hotel occupancy rates on labor absorption in West Nusa Tenggara Province". The type of research used in this study is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The type of data used in the study is time series data. The data was processed using the SPSS application using the Multiple Liniear Regression analysis method. The results of this study show that simultaneously the independent variables of tourist visits (X1) and hotel occupancy rate (X2) do not have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely labor absorption (Y) even though it has a strong correlation. The results of the partial test show that Tourist Visits and Hotel Occupancy Rate have no significant effect on Labor Absorption in the hospitality sector. The results of multiple regression testing of the data in this study recommend the regression equation: Y = 2700.556 + 0.002 X1 + 0.001 X2.
