Not only non-Muslims, but also Muslims are afraid to see Islam. The theory of Islam that should have "saved" suddenly appeared in a way that was full of hatred, resulting in a campaign that "harms" humans and their environment. Much Islamic material is reduced to just preaching teachings, jihad, which is a war against "enemies of Islam." This situation must be explained by re-elevating the eternal teaching of Islam, "salvation." This article complements the discussion of the contemporary preaching phenomenon and aims to strengthen the idea that carrying out "social media jihad" is important to counter radical preaching today. The thick description method is used to read the phenomenon of preaching on social media that has been rampant lately, especially those containing elements of violence and radicalism. This method shows the strengthening of millennial conservatism in social media and their real movements. It is also hoped that policy makers, both from the government and moderate Islamic groups, have the ability to implement laws and have the courage to seriously fight radical preaching.
2025-01-31T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Taqwatul Uliyahhttps://wsj.westscience-press.com/index.php/wsis/article/view/1608Analysis Training and Human Resource Development in PT Bank Central Asia Tbk Office Branch Main Sumedang2025-01-16T06:27:13+00:00Kisthi Hanila Dewikisthi.feb@unsap.ac.idDewi Puspasarir.dewipuspasari2@gmail.comDesan Henriawandesan.henriawan@gmail.com
Study This aiming for describe training and development of human resources human resources at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk Main Branch Office Sumedang. One of the main responsibilities of a notary is to ensure the validity of the documents used as the basis for making authentic deeds. However, in practice, it is not uncommon for fake documents to escape the notary's inspection and be used in making authentic deeds. This study aims to analyze the role and responsibilities of notaries in making authentic deeds based on fake letters, as well as the legal risks faced by notaries if they are involved in using fake letters. This study uses a normative research method with a statutory and conceptual approach, which examines laws and regulations related to the position of notary, forgery of letters, and legal responsibilities arising from the involvement of notaries in making deeds based on fake documents. The results of the study indicate that notaries have an obligation to verify the authenticity of documents and the identities of the parties involved, as well as to provide an explanation of the contents of the deed to the parties. If a notary is involved in making an authentic deed based on a fake letter, he can be subject to criminal sanctions in accordance with Article 263 and Article 264 of the Criminal Code, as well as civil liability in accordance with Article 1365 of the Civil Code. This study also highlights the importance of increasing the vigilance and ability of notaries in detecting fake documents to prevent the practice of document forgery which can harm many parties.
2025-01-31T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Ni Komang Cahya Kirana Wiguna, I Nyoman Bagiastrahttps://wsj.westscience-press.com/index.php/wsis/article/view/1621Production Risk Analysis in Maize: Comparative Insights from Major Producing Countries 2025-01-20T04:50:57+00:00Fadilla Ristya Amindafadilla.ristya@upnyk.ac.idAura Dhamiraaura.dhamira@upnyk.ac.idAyu Kumala Sariayu.kumalasari@upnyk.ac.id
Increasing maize productivity is a strategic step for developing the global agricultural sector. Maize plays an important role as a source of food, feed, industrial raw materials, and energy sources. However, maize production faces internal risks, such as capital availability, management capacity, land ownership, and external risks, such as climate change, pest attacks, and limited agricultural inputs. This study discusses the development of maize production risks in ten major producing countries, including the USA, China, Brazil, Argentina, and Mexico. The study uses secondary data from FAOSTAT from 1961-2021 (61 years). The study uses a qualitative method by analysing maize production trends and risks using the coefficient of variation (CV) analysis. The analysis results show that the USA ranks first as the largest maize producer in the world, followed by China and Brazil, with an increasing trend over the past 61 years. This is related to adopting biotechnology, food production, and precision farming systems. France and the USA have low CV values of 0.36 and 0.40, indicating that the risk of maize production in the two countries is relatively low compared to the other eight countries. Maize stabilization in the USA is supported by implementing irrigation and precision farming models to reduce the impact of drought due to climate variability. On the other hand, Argentina, Ukraine, and Indonesia have high CV values, indicating a high risk of maize production in the three countries. Several factors causing high production risks are climate change in the form of increasing average annual temperatures, attacks of Maize Stunt Disease, political challenges, inaccurate use of fertilizers, low technology adoption, and limited resources.
2025-01-31T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Fadilla Ristya Aminda, Aura Dhamira, Ayu Kumala Sarihttps://wsj.westscience-press.com/index.php/wsis/article/view/1623Optimization of Non-Tax Revenue Through Monitoring and Supervision of Telecommunication Equipment and Devices2025-01-21T00:49:41+00:00Mahadi Pardedeadipardede@upi.edu
This investigation assesses the efficacy of the telecommunication equipment monitoring system instituted by Balai Monitor SFR Kelas I Jakarta and its implications for regulatory compliance, SDPPI certification, and the augmentation of Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP). This law regulates the relationship between state institutions and society, and provides a valid legal basis for government actions. This research aims to analyze the role of State Administrative Law in public policy, especially in terms of transparency, accountability and equity in public services. The method used in this research is a normative research method where this research was carried out based on secondary data in the research. The type of approach used is a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. The research results show that State Administrative Law plays an important role as a legal basis in the preparation and implementation of public policies. HAN ensures that the policies taken by the government are in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, prevent abuse of authority, and guarantee justice for the community. Oversight and accountability in public policy, through supervisory institutions and administrative justice, ensure that policies are implemented correctly and transparently. Apart from that, HAN also protects community rights through an administrative lawsuit mechanism, providing space for the community to demand justice against detrimental policies. The transparency guaranteed by HAN increases public participation in the policy-making process, improves the quality of policies, and increases the legitimacy of policies in the eyes of the public. Overall, State Administrative Law supports the creation of legal, fair, transparent and accountable public policies, and ensures that people's rights are protected.
2025-01-31T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Ni Putu Suryantari, Desak Putu Dewi Kasih
