The analysis was conducted using Biblioshiny in R-Studio for bibliometrics and VOSviewer for keyword network visualization. Results showed that dominant themes included implied volatility, stochastic volatility, and price dynamics with a focus on hedging strategies, risk, and derivatives market dynamics. The network visualization revealed modern themes such as sustainability and climate change, indicating the potential integration of these financial instruments with global sustainability issues. Inter-author collaboration was high, averaging 2.22 authors per document, with 22.5% of documents involving international authors. The study also noted high relevance with the average citations per document reaching 24.81 and an annual growth rate of 2.76%. Temporal analysis showed a significant increase since the 1980s, a peak in 2010-2020, and a decline in 2020-2024, influenced by shifts in research focus or the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Visualization through VOSviewer identified five main clusters, with implied volatility having strong connections to hedging and stochastic volatility, while new themes such as sustainability are still in the early stages of exploration. The study concludes that while the futures options theme is mature, there are opportunities for exploration in lesser explored topics such as the integration of sustainability issues and cross-regional analysis, providing a comprehensive picture of the research landscape and future directions.
2025-01-04T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Thomas Nadeak, Toni Heryana, Wahyudayanto Utama, H. This study analyzes the challenges and opportunities in implementing TPS3R-based waste management policies using the Advocacy Coalition Framework (ACF). The ACF identifies advocacy coalitions of actors with similar interests, beliefs, and values in driving policy change. The study results show various problems in the management of TPS3R, including a lack of public awareness, limited infrastructure and facilities, lack of sustainable funding, and weak institutions. External factors, such as regulatory changes and global pressures, affect policy effectiveness. ACF's analysis reveals that multi-stakeholder collaboration, including government, private sector, and community, is essential to achieve the sustainability of these programs. The solutions offered include increasing public awareness, strengthening infrastructure, adopting community-based business models, building institutional capacity, and coordination between stakeholders. With effective implementation, TPS3R can become a model for sustainable waste management at the village level, supporting the achievement of environmental targets and sustainable development.
2025-01-31T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 I Putu Dharmanu Yudartha, Juwita Pratiwi Lukman, Desak Made Ariani, Luh Lisna Aprilia, Ni Komang Feby Cantika Dewi, Puput Fera Ari Estahttps://wsj.westscience-press.com/index.php/wsshs/article/view/1651The Effect of Utilizing AI Chatbot and Recommendation System on Customer Satisfaction and Retention in Local Marketplace in Bandung2025-01-31T03:57:52+00:00Johni Eka Putrajohniekaputra@upi.eduBagus Prabowobagus@itbu.ac.id
This study investigates the impact of utilizing AI chatbot technology and recommendation systems on customer satisfaction and retention in a local marketplace in Bandung. A quantitative research design was employed, collecting data from 200 respondents using a structured questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3) to evaluate the relationships between variables. The findings reveal that both AI chatbots and recommendation systems significantly enhance customer satisfaction, with recommendation systems having a stronger influence. Customer satisfaction mediates the relationship between these technologies and customer retention, highlighting its critical role in fostering loyalty. The study provides actionable insights for local marketplaces to leverage AI tools, adapt to customer needs, and gain a competitive advantage. The type of research used is descriptive research. The area and location of the research were conducted in Masbagik Timur Village. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and literature studies. Determination of respondent samples using simple random sampling techniques. The analysis tool used to determine the amount of labor productivity is the productivity formula and productivity index. The results of the analysis (research) show that the value of labor productivity is greater than the value of the productivity index, which can be seen as follows: in the plate and ashtray business unit, the productivity index is 2.94 units/hour and the productivity is 3.75 units/hour. The business unit of jars, jugs, pots, and barrels, the productivity index is 0.47 units/hour and the productivity is 0.62 units/hour. The business unit of rice containers, kettles, and fruit containers has a productivity index of 0.94 units/hour and the productivity is 1.25 units/hour. The business unit of mortars and piggy banks has a productivity index of 1.92 units/hour and the productivity is 2.5 units/hour. The business unit of stoves has a productivity index of 1.44 units/hour and the productivity is 1.87 units/hour. The business unit of pestles has a productivity index of 3.84 units/hour and the productivity is 5 units/hour. So it can be seen that labor productivity in the pottery industry is large, because the productivity value is greater than the productivity index value.
2025-01-31T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Ahmad Majdi, Akung Daeng, Tuti Handayanihttps://wsj.westscience-press.com/index.php/wsshs/article/view/1588Exploring the Role of Inquiry-Based Learning, Technology Integration, and Peer Mentoring in Developing Professional Competence of Educators in Indonesia2025-01-13T06:15:26+00:00Sukini Sukinisukinibima@gmail.com
This study assesses the combined effects of Inquiry-Based Learning, Technology Integration, and Peer Mentoring on educators' Professional Competence in Indonesia. One dominant aspect of this phenomenon is digital transactions. Bank of Indonesia (BI) reported that the cumulative value of electronic money transactions for the period of January to August 2024 reached IDR 1.6 quadrillion, representing a 35.76% growth compared to IDR 1.18 quadrillion (yoy). This highlights the role of digital transactions as a solution and convenience for various activities, including online crowdfunding. Crowdfunding is a rooted culture in Indonesia and demonstrates sustainable economic benefits in West Java. This activity does not always run smoothly, as issues arise within crowdfunding management institutions, leading to societal trust issues. Based on this phenomenon, strengthening the digital ecosystem in West Java is worthy of study. This research aims to measure society's digital competence level about digital transaction activities, particularly crowdfunding. This research uses a descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach. Primary data from 258 respondents were obtained through questionnaire distribution targeting urban and rural communities in West Java was employed. The data were analyzed using simple regression analysis. The results show that the level of digital competence in society is not yet optimal; however, digital competence significantly influences digital transaction activities positively. Therefore, exploration is needed to establish credible crowdfunding management in West Java.
2025-01-31T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Nabiela Rizki Alifa, Fajar Andrian Sutisnahttps://wsj.westscience-press.com/index.php/wsshs/article/view/1630The Influence of Socio-Economic, Marital Status, Education, and Wages on Repeat Migration Decisions of Indonesian Migrant Workers in Kawo Village, Pujut District, Central Lombok Regency2025-01-28T03:52:43+00:00Baiq Widarnibaiqwidarni@gmail.comGst Ayu Arinibaiqwidarni@gmail.comVici Handalusia Husnibaiqwidarni@gmail.com
This study aims to empirically test the influence of socio-economic, marital status, education, and wages on the decision to repeat migration of Indonesian Migrant Workers in Kawo Village, Pujut District, Central Lombok Regency.
